We aim to keep items in stock at all times. However, as many of the products are handmade there may be occasions when certain items are "Out of Stock". Please contact 'Have2Have it Jewellery' via email to confirm when a current listed item is likely to be available.
Camera/Screen Discrepancies
Please note that the colours of the jewellery displayed on the website may differ slightly from the colours of the actual jewellery as computers and cameras do not always portray the correct colour.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Contract for Sale
When you place an order with us you are making an offer to buy goods. Our receipt of your payment for these goods constitutes acceptance of your offer and creates a legally binding contract between us and you. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Price Promise
'Have2Have it Jewellery' wants you to shop in the knowledge that you are getting the best products at the best price. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. We invite purchases from overseas and the postage and packaging charges are outlined in Delivery Info. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling only (GBP). Your credit card company will charge you in your country's currency at that day's exchange rate. Any charges made by your bank for using this facility are not the responsibility of 'Have2Have it Jewellery'.
Shipping & Handling
'Have2Have it Jewellery' is happy to deliver throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. By request, orders can be shipped to other parts of the world. Please contact ëHave2Have it Jewelleryíí via email youhave2haveit@aol.com for further details and shipping costs. All orders will be gift-boxed and packaged in a protective envelope.Once you place your order we will strive to despatch within 24 hours. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. If you are in a real panic and your order needs to be delivered the next day please request the special delivery option, which guarantees a next day delivery before 1pm (PLEASE NOTE: Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: these orders need to be processed by 1pm).

Orders placed and paid for via Paypal can only be sent to the verified address.
Late or Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is late, please contact us and we will give you the recorded delivery number for you to give to your local post office. In the event of non-delivery we can only refund or replace your order after 15 days have elapsed, this is the time when the Post Office, are happy to classify the parcel as lost. Alternatively we can send a replacement immediately if additional payment is made where upon the original purchase can be refunded after the 15 days has elapsed. This way you are not inconvenienced by being without your purchase.

Shipping is free on all UK orders unless the service detailed below is requested.

Commissioned Glass Jewellery
If you would like a piece of glass bead jewellery in a particular colourway (not currently available from ëHave2Have it Jewelleryí), these can be specially commissioned. Commissioned jewellery normally takes approximately two weeks upon receipt of order. The resin ëbeadsí have been individually handcrafted, drilled and polished to the highest standard. All the findings in the resin collection, conform to the recent ënickel-freeí directive and are hypo-allergenic.

If there is a problem with the items ordered, please contact us and we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Returns
All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee (excluding specially ordered items, earrings and sale items). Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. You may either exchange the item or request a full refund. Please note that shipping costs from 'Have2Have it Jewellery', cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items they are not in their original condition, and labels have been detached.

If you wish to return an item to us, you may do so by giving us prior notice. Please email youhave2haveit@aol.com and give details of the Order Number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, the reason for the return and whether a refund or replacement is required.

Please return all items unused and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. You can use the original jiffy bag/box to return the item, but please ensure that the original addressee label is covered completely and please write your order number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist us in identification on return to Have2Have it Jewellery.

Obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns and you should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Please note Have2Have it Jewellery is not responsible for the return postage costs of the item(s) being returned.
Faulty Goods
If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it to thejewelleryshop.net within 30 days. Please email us at youhave2haveit@aol.com immediately upon receipt of the product and give your order number. If the item is still in stock, we can either send you a replacement or refund the cost of the item or you may wish to choose a different item.

Please follow the procedure for returns and send the item(s) to us together with a note, explaining the fault and stating the original order number. We will investigate the fault and offer you the choice of either a replacement or a refund. In some cases we will return the item to the supplier for repair so please allow time for us to deal with your order.
Unwanted Gifts
You can return items that have been purchased from us and given to you as a gift. Please follow the procedure for returns. If you wish to exchange the item, the original purchaser will not be informed. However, any refunds will be issued to the card that was used to pay for the goods.
Cancelling an Order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, either telephone or email youhave2haveit@aol.com with the order number and your instruction to cancel. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us and we can then refund the credit card.

A refund will not be possible if the item(s) arrive damaged as a result of suitable packaging not being used.

We are unable to accept the return and subsequent refund of earrings in compliance with current Health and Hygiene regulations.

Refunds cannot be offered for glass jewellery which has be specially commissioned.This does not affect your statutory rights.When returning items we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting. If returning an item within the cancellation period you as the customer must bear the cost of the return in accordance with the distance selling regulations. |
